Our little "beer, burger and bait" stop soon became quite the gathering place. Locals requested special dishes like cajun garlic shrimp and the boat captains brought in their catches to be prepared the "Jim and Dan's" way. On Fridays we fired up the smoker on the back porch and kept it going 'til Sunday serving up championship BBQ perfected from time spent on a competition team in Memphis.

Soon enough our new friends wanted us to give them some of our custom seasonings so they could fix their own 'Jim and Dan's" menu at home. We decided it was our American duty to share this stuff with everybody. Also, we figured if something happened to us before we shared these seasonings with y'all they might not let us fish or golf or play music in Heaven.

So "Order Up!"
Pick up one of our seasonings for your next shin-dig. Each one has been prepared with care and tested on unsuspecting diners. Our philosophy is simple. We fine tune the spices until our diners ask to buy some. Then we bottle it!
